Property Manager
The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and coordination with vendors and service providers, agreements, payments.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in property or facilities management, including handling daily operations and tenant communications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, with basic knowledge of building systems and upkeep.
- Comfort with budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting to support financially efficient property operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
- Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to property management in the United Kingdom.
- Proficiency with property management software and general digital tools for documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Excel.
- Prior experience in the London real estate or property market is advantageous; relevant professional certifications or a degree in real estate, facilities management, business, or a related field are beneficial.
