Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Manage maintenance issues and coordinate contractor works.
  • Arrange and oversee end-of-tenancy check-outs.
  • Handle property licensing and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit possession applications.
  • Attend court hearings and bailiff appointments where required.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and local authorities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and property documentation.
