An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established independent property company based in South Woodford.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Manage maintenance issues and coordinate contractor works.
- Arrange and oversee end-of-tenancy check-outs.
- Handle property licensing and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit possession applications.
- Attend court hearings and bailiff appointments where required.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and local authorities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and property documentation.
