Role Description

The Property Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Glasgow. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory and safety standards
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Handling inquiries
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Overseeing check-ins and check-outs
  • Preparing and reviewing tenancy documentation
  • Monitoring rental payments
  • Addressing tenancy issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Strong property management skills, including coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections, and managing tenancies.
  • Customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and property management software, with attention to accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Knowledge of local property regulations, safety standards, and best practices in lettings (Scottish property market experience is an advantage).
  • Ability to work on-site in Glasgow, use initiative, and solve problems independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or training in property or real estate are beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for property visits and inspections, if required.
