Role Description:

London Based UK Property Manager needed for Prime Phenix company portfolio (all in-house). Comprises two blocks with management companies and further company let blocks.

A full-time, on-site position, responsible for the day-to-day management - including tenancy management, doing viewings, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, inventories, handling resident inquiries and ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard. The Property Manager will liaise with contractors and suppliers, schedule repairs and preventative maintenance, and monitor safety and compliance across all sites. They will also support budgeting and cost control for property operations, track occupancy and rental performance, and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.

Prime Phenix is dedicated to creating high-quality, sustainable homes and communities across the city. We need someone who is willing to travel between properties in West London, Slough, Beaconsfield & Romford.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property or estate management, including tenancy agreements, resident relations and day-to-day building operations.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance processes, health and safety requirements and relevant UK updated housing regulations.
  • Proficient in property management software and basic office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, reporting systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, contractors and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, service orientation and a focus on resident satisfaction.
  • Experience in residential or co-living environments is beneficial
  • Relevant professional certification or qualification in property management, real estate, or facilities management is preferred.
