Personal specification:
- Experience within a residential property management role
- A smart appearance and professional approach
- Customer-focused with commitment to maintaining excellent service standards at all times
- Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure and problem solving
- Organised and systematic – ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to meet deadlines
- An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Specified processes and routines, work to a fast paced environment
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and user knowledge of Aspasia a bonus
- Full UK driving licence and own car.

Salary and Benefits:
- The salary for this property management role will be in the region of £30,000 to £34,000.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month from 9am to 1pm.
