About the role

Landmark Residential is looking for a Property Manager to coordinate day-to-day repairs, schedule contractor visits and keep our property records accurate and compliant. You'll also handle viewings and onboarding, and build strong relationships with our portfolio landlords.

Landmark Residential is a London-based estate agency offering sales, lettings, property management, investment sourcing, construction and in-house finance. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity and a seamless end-to-end service for landlords, investors and tenants.

Essential requirements

  • A minimum of one year's property management experience. Applications without this will not be considered.
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Ideally based in East London

Core duties and responsibilities

  • Repair coordination: Answer tenant calls and emails reporting maintenance issues, log each request and assign it to the right property manager or contractor.
  • Scheduling and logistics: Book routine, cyclical and emergency repairs, making sure tradespeople and residents agree timelines.
  • Invoice and financial tracking: Monitor contractor invoices, check completed work against job sheets and pass approved bills to the finance department for payment.
  • Compliance management: Track and organise safety documents, including Gas Safety certificates, EICRs and EPCs. Landlord and tenant data must be stored securely and in an organised way for easy retrieval.
  • Managing existing stock: Keep the property schedule spreadsheet up to date with all essential data for the Landmark Residential book.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate digital and paper filing covering maintenance history, inspection findings and contractor insurance qualifications.
  • Reporting: Give daily updates on critical matters to the senior property manager, and ask for support when needed.
  • Onboarding: Handle the onboarding of all new sales and management properties.
  • Viewings: Conduct all viewings for both sales and lettings.
  • Landlord relationships: Retain and nurture relationships with valued portfolio landlords who have both management and sales interests with Landmark Residential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
