About the Role
Our client is a well-established property management firm boasting a decades-long history and a main base located in the capital. The organization is steadily expanding its asset base through a mix of acquiring new properties, building developments, and repurposing existing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the promotion of vacant rental units and processing new tenant vetting, referencing, and lease renewals.
- Tracking rent collection, managing deposit claims and deductions, handling utility coordination, and approving contractor invoices.
- Conducting routine site visits, coordinating small-scale repairs or major overhauls, obtaining cost estimates, and managing check-in/check-out inventories.
- Serving as the main point of contact for ongoing occupancy matters, addressing maintenance requests, issuing formal notices, and representing management in legal proceedings if necessary.
- Functioning autonomously while also contributing effectively within a wider team environment.

Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required
- Previous experience in Property Management (5 years is desirable)
- Formal qualifications in Property Management, Real Estate, or Housing Operations (preferred but not essential)
- Keeps cool and stays organized in high-volume, fast-moving settings.
- Thrives in a team, adapts on the fly, and maintains a strong service focus.
- Spots errors instantly and maintains consistent quality control.
- Strong written and verbal communicator across all levels.
- Owns outcomes end-to-end; takes charge without waiting to be asked.
