Property Manager
Private Energy Partners (PEP) is a dedicated affiliate of Quinbrook, a specialist investment manager focused exclusively on the infrastructure needed to drive the energy transition in UK/Ireland, Australia, and North America. We are specialist project developers, builders, and operators supporting the delivery of innovative energy infrastructure solutions that create long-term value for Quinbrook and its many stakeholders.
We are seeking a commercially minded Property Manager to support the origination, development, and long-term management of a diverse portfolio of energy and infrastructure assets across the UK. The role sits at the intersection of land management, development, and asset stewardship, supporting projects across renewable generation, energy storage, and associated infrastructure.
The successful candidate will manage land and property interests while actively contributing to the development lifecycle—from site identification and optioning through planning, construction, and operational handover. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness, and an understanding of UK planning, property, and renewable energy frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Property & Land Management
- Manage a portfolio of land and property interests across development and operational assets
- Negotiate and administer option agreements, leases, easements, wayleaves, and access rights
- Have the ability to identify cable route alternatives and bring substantial value to the projects
- Oversee landlord and tenant relationships, including landowners, agents, and solicitors
- Monitor compliance with lease obligations, rent reviews, break options, and title conditions
- Coordinate land assembly strategies to de-risk development and construction
- Support acquisitions, disposals, and asset restructuring from a property perspective

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
