PROPERTY MANAGER

Trinity Estates
Competitive
Home Based

Role Overview

You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of 24 residential developments across the Central region, spanning Birmingham, Northampton, Coventry, Leicester, Banbury and Worcester. From modern apartment blocks to established estates, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for residents, clients and contractors, ensuring high standards are delivered consistently.

Working from home with regular regional travel, you’ll blend smart planning with on-site presence to keep your developments safe, compliant and well-maintained. Backed by Trinity’s strong operational support, you’ll have the tools, processes and team around you to deliver a people-first, professional service that residents feel and notice.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days, you will:

  • Coordinate maintenance and compliance tasks
  • Respond to resident and client enquiries
  • Manage contractors to agreed SLAs and budgets
  • Plan and attend site visits and meetings
  • Track actions to closure
  • Keep clear records so decisions are well-informed and transparent

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents and clients feel listened to, informed and confident in the service you provide.
  • Developments are clean, safe and fully compliant, with proactive maintenance plans in place.
  • Budgets and service charges are well managed, with clear, timely reporting and accurate records.
  • Contractors are well-briefed, performance-managed and deliver quality work on time.
  • Issues are resolved quickly at root cause, with minimal escalation and strong follow-through.
  • Meetings, inspections and actions are planned, prioritised and completed to agreed timelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
