We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing property business for an exciting Property Manager opportunity in Seaham. The Role

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants while keeping tenancies running smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
  • Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Managing tenancy applications and progression
  • Monitoring rent payments and arrears
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation

About You

We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in Property Management or Residential Lettings
  • Knowledge of the tenancy lifecycle and current legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A professional and customer-focused approach

What's On Offer?

  • Basic salary of £26,000 with OTE of £30,000
  • Monday to Friday working pattern (1 in 3 Saturdays)
