Property Manager
Chelmsford | Hybrid working | Full time | Circa £26,000–£28,000 per year, including basic salary and bonuses
Rayner Personnel is hiring a Property Manager on behalf of our client. This is an opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential lettings or property management who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and providing a good service to landlords and tenants.
You’ll help manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as a point of contact for landlords and tenants and coordinating the work needed to keep tenancies running smoothly. The role calls for someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate clearly and follow issues through to resolution.

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in residential lettings or property management
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence handling enquiries and resolving day-to-day issues
- A professional, helpful approach with landlords, tenants and colleagues
Hours and working arrangements
The role is based between the client’s Chelmsford HQ and home. Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm. Occasional Saturday work is required on a rota, typically around one in six Saturdays, working from home. Some time off in lieu will be provided when a Saturday is worked.
