Property Manager – Bingley & Shipley
Hunters Estate Agents are looking for a motivated and organised Property Manager to join our highly performing lettings team covering our busy Bingley & Shipley branches.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Property Check-Outs
- Inventories / Check-Ins
- Property Inspections
- Handling Deposit Disputes
- Maintenance Coordination
- Contractor Invoicing, Administration and Management

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous customer service or property industry experience
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be confident building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Be proactive with excellent communication skills
- Be able to work to deadlines and maintain high service standards

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
Hours & Salary
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Full-time
- Permanent position
- Office and appointment based role
Salary: £27,500 – £30,500 OTE per year
Bonus: Uncapped Referral Scheme
