Job Description

At The Letting Game, we push the boundaries of the industry and take immense pride in being at the top of our game.

We start with people - always bringing the very best tenants to our loyal landlords and that’s one of the reasons we’ve been voted Bristol’s No.1 letting agent for seven years in a row. Our success starts with our team, and we take great pride in developing, recognising and investing in our people throughout their careers with us.

We’re now looking for an experienced Property Manager (or Property Expert as we call them!) to join our friendly and supportive team. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, delivering a professional, flexible and responsive service to both landlords and tenants.

You’ll thrive under pressure, enjoy liaising with multiple parties, and take pride in resolving both planned and reactive issues - always delivering outstanding customer service in an honest, informed and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Handling reactive and planned issues efficiently
  • Resolving conflicts and queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
  • Maintaining accurate records and administration

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
