Express Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded property company. Due to continued success and portfolio growth, our client is now looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their established team based in Beeston, Nottingham.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio and acting as a primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and contractors. Previous experience managing property portfolios is essential, and due to the nature of the role, a full, clean UK driving licence is required.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to c£30,000, alongside a strong benefits package and an attractive performance-related bonus structure.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Property Management
- Full, clean UK driving licence essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s property portfolio in line with all relevant legislation, including RICS Codes of Practice and ARMA regulations
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance works, ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations
- Attend residential meetings and visit client sites as required
- Handle issues and emergencies raised by leaseholders and residents in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with key stakeholders regarding accounts, budgets, expenditure, and ongoing maintenance
- Identify and follow up new business leads while maintaining strong client relationships
