Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of property portfolios, ensuring maintenance, tenant relations, and compliance are handled effectively. Your role will play a key part in supporting the professional services industry by keeping properties well-managed and operations seamless.

Description

  • Manage property portfolios, including coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations across managed properties.
  • Handle tenant communications, addressing concerns and queries promptly.
  • Oversee property inspections and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with landlords to provide updates and advice on property matters.
  • Arrange and manage contracts with service providers and contractors.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses related to property management activities.
  • Assist with any administrative tasks related to property management.
