Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role for someone who is based around Lichfield, Rugeley, or surrounding areas. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, handling day-to-day management tasks such as coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing tenancy queries, and ensuring properties are well-presented and compliant with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

- Conducting inspections, check-outs, serving notices, deposit disputes, and liaising with landlords and tenants.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Supporting the lettings team with rent reviews and arrears management.
- Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to help streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong property management and customer service skills, including experience handling tenant and landlord enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Solid organizational and administrative abilities, with capacity to manage multiple properties, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face, phone, and email interactions and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Basic knowledge of lettings processes and property regulations, with a willingness to stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with standard office software and property management systems, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating as part of a wider, supportive team.
- Previous experience in property management, lettings, or estate agency is essential.
- Relevant qualifications in property, real estate, business, or a related field are beneficial, as is a valid driver’s license for local travel when required.
