Redmayne Miller Rees is an independent sales and letting agency offering full management and let-only services in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Our team of property experts specialises in managing residential properties for landlords and tenants.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Property Manager located in Stow-cum-Quy, Cambridge. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our clients' rental properties. Key day-to-day tasks will include:

- Managing tenant enquiries
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Conducting property inspections
- Dealing with rent reviews and end of tenancy check outs/deposit negotiations
Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of property management and maintenance
- Understanding of tenancy law and regulations
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Experience with property management software and databases is a plus
