An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading, top-tier corporate property business in Cambridge.
Working as part of a friendly and professional team of six, you'll take responsibility for a well-managed portfolio of approximately 55 residential properties, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle. From inspections, maintenance coordination and renewals through to compliance and tenancy administration, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone with previous residential lettings/property management experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of circa 55 residential properties
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Conduct property inspections and prepare reports
- Manage maintenance issues and tenancy renewals
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation
- Handle tenancy administration from start to finish

Essential Requirements
- Previous Property Management experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Own car (essential)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm
Salary
£34,000 - £38,500
