If you’re an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you for an opportunity for a permanent job in London / Essex.

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000

Permanent | ASAP Start

Core focus of the role

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of predominantly residential leasehold developments, typically ranging from 30–80 units, working closely with RMC directors, leaseholders and residents.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Managing residential leasehold/block portfolios
  • Managing High-Rise Buildings (HRBs) where applicable
  • Service charge management and budgeting
  • Section 20 consultations and major works
  • Contractor management and regular site inspections
  • Managing fire safety and building safety compliance, including experience with fire safety requirements across residential developments
  • Health & safety and wider statutory compliance
  • Managing relationships with RMC directors, leaseholders and key stakeholders
  • Liaising with concierge and on-site teams across more complex developments

Skills you need

  • MTPI qualified – essential
  • Strong residential leasehold/block management experience
  • Previous fire safety experience – essential
  • Experience managing RMC portfolios
  • HRB experience is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of service charges, Section 20, major works and compliance
  • Professional, reliable and confident in a client-facing environment
