If you’re an experienced Property Manager looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you for an opportunity for a permanent job in London / Essex.
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000
Permanent | ASAP Start
Core focus of the role
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of predominantly residential leasehold developments, typically ranging from 30–80 units, working closely with RMC directors, leaseholders and residents.
Day-to-day of the role
- Managing residential leasehold/block portfolios
- Managing High-Rise Buildings (HRBs) where applicable
- Service charge management and budgeting
- Section 20 consultations and major works
- Contractor management and regular site inspections
- Managing fire safety and building safety compliance, including experience with fire safety requirements across residential developments
- Health & safety and wider statutory compliance
- Managing relationships with RMC directors, leaseholders and key stakeholders
- Liaising with concierge and on-site teams across more complex developments

Skills you need
- MTPI qualified – essential
- Strong residential leasehold/block management experience
- Previous fire safety experience – essential
- Experience managing RMC portfolios
- HRB experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of service charges, Section 20, major works and compliance
- Professional, reliable and confident in a client-facing environment
