Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our diverse property portfolio. You will ensure our sites are maintained to a high standard, manage contractors, coordinate maintenance projects, and support the delivery of capital improvements across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the Group's property portfolio.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across all sites.
- Procure and manage contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
- Ensure compliance with all property-related health and safety legislation.
- Coordinate refurbishment and capital improvement projects.
- Monitor utilities, building services, and site infrastructure.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.
- Maintain accurate property records and asset information.

- Previous experience in property, facilities, or estate management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes.
- Good understanding of building maintenance and health & safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across several locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Duration
Full-time, permanent position.
