About The Job
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Residential Asset Manager to take ownership of performance across our growing London Residential Portfolio. As a BTR Property Manager, you will manage asset-level business plans across the full lifecycle - from acquisition and stabilisation through leasing and disposal. This is a diverse, high-impact role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities
Client & Portfolio Management
- Take full ownership of multiple residential properties, ensuring resident satisfaction and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing regular updates on portfolio performance
- Prepare accurate client reports and present findings in monthly meetings
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to deliver an excellent resident experience within budget, challenging proposals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with the lettings team to minimise void periods and ensure seamless move-in experiences
Property Management
- Oversee proactive, reactive, and emergency maintenance operations across the portfolio
- Manage maintenance activity through internal and online resident reporting systems
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation across the portfolio
- Handle end-of-tenancy processes, including checkouts, dilapidation claims, and deposit releases
- Work closely with trusted contractors to maintain consistently high service standards

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property or portfolio management
- Exceptional communication skills - clear, confident, and capable of inspiring trust in clients and colleagues
- Ambitious, with a clear desire for growth and professional development in real estate
- Strong work ethic, adaptable and motivated to go above and beyond
- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
