PROPERTY MANAGER – NORTH LONDON
A well-established asset management company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties across London.
💰 £35,000 – £45,000
📍 North London
🕘 Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
🏢 Office-based
🚗 Full UK driving license required
The Role:
- Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
- Handle tenancy matters, including Section 8, 13 & 21 notices
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
- Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ property management experience
- Strong knowledge of UK tenancy legislation
- Proven experience managing your own portfolio
- Confident using Excel and property software such as Arthur, Fixflo & Inventory Hive
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving license
