Our client, a prestigious independent estate agency based in a prime North West London location, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its established and friendly team.
Working alongside a team of experienced Property Managers, you will be responsible for managing a high-end residential property portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of each property.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded agency that offers a supportive working environment, flexible working hours, and on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of a high-end residential portfolio
- Managing tenant relationships
- Carrying out property inspections
- Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating repairs with contractors
- Upholding tenancy agreements and addressing disputes effectively
- Rent collection, ensuring timely payments
- Manage property finances, including income and expenses
- Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements
- Keeping abreast with relevant legislation and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in property management, ideally within a high-end residential environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in property management software
- ARLA qualification (desirable)
