We combine extensive market experience and professionalism with a modern, progressive approach to real estate. We believe there is a smarter, more innovative way to deliver property management, with a strong focus on service, efficiency and client experience.

Our culture is built on hard work, attention to detail, honesty and transparency. We take pride in delivering a high-quality, personalised service and creating an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.

We value fresh ideas, initiative and a willingness to challenge traditional ways of working. We encourage our people to take ownership, contribute new ideas and continually look for ways to improve the business. Following our acquisition by Jefferies London, we are entering an exciting period of growth, with a clear ambition to expand our presence across the Prime London market, strengthen our offering and build on the strong foundations we have established.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, managing the full tenancy lifecycle while building strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
