- Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of luxury residential properties.
- Deal with any property maintenance and repair issues.
- Respond to tenants regarding any property issues.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for scheduled works.
- Ensure all contractor invoices are checked and communicated to the Client Accounts Team.
- Check and prepare properties for new tenancies.
- Arrange inventory check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage the tenant check-out process and deposit returns.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure clear communication with other teams within the Lettings Department.
- Ensure a professional approach to tenants, customers, and clients at all times.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
- Ensure all data is stored according to the company’s standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities.

Salary
£28,000 - £35,000 DOE
