About Us

Ian Gibbs Estate Management Ltd is a long-established and highly respected property management company based in Enfield, specialising in the service charge management of residential blocks. With over 35 years' experience and continued growth, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of service to our clients and fostering a supportive, friendly working environment.

This is also an exciting time to join us, as we have a healthy pipeline of new developments coming into management. If you are interested in working on complex and large-scale residential schemes, this role will offer exceptional exposure and professional development opportunities.

We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, managing budgets, liaising with contractors and residents, conducting site visits, and ensuring health & safety standards are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
