Are you a skilled Property Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dedicated full-time Property Manager to join our bustling Edinburgh office. If you're passionate about property management and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairs and Maintenance: Oversee all repairs and maintenance of common properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Contractor Management: Select and monitor contractors to maintain our high standards.
  • Financial Planning: Contribute to strategic financial planning to enhance property performance.
  • Owner Communication: Correspond with Owners' Associations and property owners via phone, email, and letter.
  • Property Visits: Conduct regular development visits to ensure standards are met.
  • Owner Meetings: Facilitate and lead meetings with property owners.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking candidates with experience in property management, but we also welcome those with backgrounds in surveying, facilities management, or housing. The role demands strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in IT and a full driving license are essential.
