We’re hiring: Property Manager – Field Operations
Following the expansion of our property-management portfolio, Zello Living—part of British Living Group—is looking for a capable and dependable person to become our local presence across Nottingham and the surrounding areas, where our managed portfolio of circa 200 units sits.
The portfolio consists primarily of HMOs and flats. Previous HMO experience would therefore be preferred, but it is not essential—we’re happy to support the right person with training.

- Property viewings and room lets
- Routine inspections
- Weekly fire-alarm tests and property checks
- Maintenance visits and contractor access
- Tenant check-ins, check-outs and key handovers
- Local support for tenants, landlords and our remote operations team
We’re looking for somebody who is organised, practical, confident with people and comfortable taking ownership of problems. Previous property experience would be useful, but attitude, judgement and reliability matter just as much.

A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
Salary: £27,000–£30,000, depending on experience, plus additional lettings commission for rooms successfully let
Location: Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time
Start: As soon as possible
