Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in the Brighton and Hove Area. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and providing a positive experience for residents and landlords.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing tenancy renewals and move-ins/move-outs
- Handling tenant inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Supporting the founding directors with property-related administration and communications

Skill set
- Strong property management and tenancy administration skills, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Customer service and communication abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in property management, lettings, or estate agency is an advantage but not essential.
