Property Manager
Location: Field-based
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Inspector / Property Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing property team. This role involves carrying out property inspections, coordinating maintenance works, monitoring compliance, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections, including check-in, mid-term, and check-out visits.
- Identify maintenance issues and arrange repairs through approved contractors.
- Monitor maintenance progress and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Assess property condition, recording findings with detailed notes and photographs.
- Identify and report health and safety concerns, including fire safety, damp and mould, and general property condition.
- Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers.
- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems.

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Property Management or Property Maintenance.
- Good understanding of landlord and tenant responsibilities and property safety regulations.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning new systems.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence required.
