Property Manager Opportunity in Oxford
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Oxford. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with current legislation, coordinating maintenance works, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Main Tasks
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance issues and repairs with contractors.
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports.
- Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating terms where required.
- Arranging check-ins and check-outs.
- Handling deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy matters.
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety requirements.
- Monitoring rent payments and managing arrears where necessary.
- Maintaining accurate property records and updating CRM systems.
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times.

What Will It Take to Be Successful?
- Previous experience in residential property management or lettings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- High attention to detail.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Skills and Experience
- ARLA Propertymark qualification (or working towards).
- Experience managing a portfolio of properties
- Knowledge of current lettings and property management legislation.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and best practice.
