PROPERTY MANAGER

Scanlans Property Management
Competitive
Home Based

Role Overview

You will take ownership of a varied residential block management portfolio across Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire area, working from home and out on site. With the backing of Scanlans and the Trinity Property Group, you will have the tools, processes and team support to deliver an exceptional service to clients, leaseholders and residents.

You will build trusted relationships, keep your sites safe and compliant, and make smart, proactive decisions that protect service charge funds and enhance the places people live. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability and the satisfaction of seeing well-run buildings and happy communities.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days you will be coordinating maintenance and compliance, managing budgets and service charges, and communicating clearly with clients, freeholders, leaseholders and contractors. You will balance home-based planning and reporting with regular site visits across Leeds to spot issues early, progress actions and keep projects moving.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your portfolio is safe, compliant and well-maintained, with planned works delivered on time and on budget.
  • Clients and residents feel informed, listened to and confident in your decisions.
  • Service charge budgets and year-end accounts are accurate, transparent and well-controlled.
  • Contractors are well-briefed, cost-effective and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Issues are anticipated and resolved early, with clear action plans and updates.
  • Meetings, AGMs and reports are prepared thoroughly and completed to deadline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
