Property Manager / Lettings Administrator

We’re hiring – but we’re not looking for just another Property Manager.

Turner Properties is an independent estate agency, and we’ve always believed there’s a better way of doing things.

We don’t want to be the biggest agency. We want to be the agency people recommend because we’re approachable, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely care about the service we provide.

We’re now looking for a Property Manager / Lettings Administrator to become an important part of our enthusiastic and friendly team.

The role

This isn’t a job where every day follows the same routine.

You’ll be involved across our lettings business – looking after landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance and contractors, handling tenancy administration and compliance, processing rents, invoices and client money, and generally making sure everything happens when it should.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Some days will be organised. Some days property management will have other ideas.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day management of residential properties
  • Building great relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractors
  • Lettings administration and tenancy paperwork
  • Property management compliance
  • Handling rents, invoices, payments and client money accurately
  • Working closely with the rest of the Turner Properties team
  • Delivering the kind of customer service you'd want to receive yourself

Who are we looking for?

Previous lettings or property management experience would be an advantage, but we're just as interested in the person.

You’ll need to be organised, numerate and comfortable taking responsibility. You'll be someone who notices the small details, enjoys solving problems and doesn't need to be asked twice to get something done.

Just as importantly, you'll enjoy talking to people.

We’re a small, close-knit team, so there are no corporate layers or departments to hide behind. Everyone gets involved, everyone contributes and everyone has the opportunity to make a difference.

What do we offer?

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • A friendly, supportive working environment within a successful independent estate agency where you'll be trusted to do your job, encouraged to contribute ideas and treated as an important part of the business.

If you're looking for a property role that's a little less corporate and a little more human, we'd love to hear from you.

Interested?

Send us your CV and tell us a little about yourself.

And don't worry about writing the world's greatest covering letter. We'd much rather hear from the real you.
