Property Manager

📍 Marylebone
💰 £45,000 - £55,000
⏰ Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing London-based property developer with an expanding portfolio of high-quality residential and mixed-use developments.

Initially responsible for managing a newly completed development comprising a small number of residential units and commercial space, the portfolio will grow to include additional developments as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing residential and mixed-use developments
  • Conducting site inspections and overseeing maintenance works
  • Managing service charge budgets, expenditure and arrears
  • Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Overseeing Health & Safety and Fire Safety requirements
  • Organising resident meetings and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Managing reactive and planned maintenance through property management software

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience within Block Management or Property Management
  • Strong understanding of leasehold management and relevant legislation
  • Experience managing service charges and compliance matters
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
