Job Title: Property Manager - Mandarin Speaking

Salary: Basic salary dependant on experience plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.

Location: Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, London, SE11 5JH

This role includes up to one day per week working from home after successful completion of the probationary period.

The Role

You will play a crucial part in forging strong client relationships and overseeing the efficient management of their properties. This position offers an individual the platform to deepen their professional experience within the residential property management sector and be instrumental in spearheading the establishment of a new and vital client base!

Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in residential Property Management.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a clear drive to advance your career.
  • Exceptionally organised and composed individual.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues with exceptional speed and efficiency.
  • Known for your exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivered in previous roles.
