Working for one of the UK's leading leisure operators, we are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of CAPEX and maintenance projects across the North West region.
This is a varied and hands-on role, overseeing projects ranging from venue refreshes and refurbishments through to major extensions, redevelopments, and new-build construction schemes. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Partnering closely with operational and senior business stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing an already successful and profitable estate. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and drive project success will be critical in maximising the return on investment across the portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
