An established and growing independent property company is looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their team in North Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who enjoys managing their own portfolio, building strong client relationships, and delivering a high level of customer service.

The Role
- Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 150-170 properties
- Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance works
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Handling tenancy renewals, notices, and property compliance
- Resolving tenancy and maintenance issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and tenancy documentation
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

About You
- Residential property management experience essential
- Strong knowledge of property management legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize effectively
- ARLA qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous
- Full driving licence preferred
