Property Manager Opportunity in Edinburgh
An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency known for their proactive approach to lettings and tenant relations across the Edinburgh residential market.
As a Property Manager, you will manage a residential property portfolio, oversee tenancy matters, and support the wider property management team.
This full-time role offers a salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Handle tenancy disputes, complaints, and complex property matters
- Ensure all properties remain compliant with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Oversee HMO properties and associated licensing obligations
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on any required actions
- Support and mentor junior members of the property management team
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high service standards
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation

Essential
- Minimum 2-3 years experience within residential property management
- Understanding of Scottish lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience managing HMO properties
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads simultaneously
- Confident in handling challenging conversations and resolving disputes
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues
