Property Manager – Sheffield (In-House, Hands-On Role)
Ardeta Search are partnering exclusively with a long-established, family-owned property company in Sheffield. They manage and invest in their own diverse portfolio — retail, office, industrial, leisure, and residential — and operate from a modern, collaborative office in South West Sheffield.
This is a rare in-house property management role offering broad exposure, real responsibility, and long-term progression. It suits someone already working in property (lettings, sales, block, commercial) or someone with the drive to break into the property sector in a practical, varied role.

The Role:
You’ll work closely with experienced surveyors and senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of property management. No two days are the same.
Key areas include:
- Property inspections and site visits
- Tenant relationships and day-to-day management
- Supporting lease renewals and negotiations
- Coordinating refurbishments and improvements
- Helping re-let vacant units and prepare spaces
- Exposure to facilities, compliance, and elements of residential/block management
