At Sutton Kersh, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for an ambitious and motivated Team Manager to lead our established Property Management team in The Wirral.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's largest property services group, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your own career.
What you'll be doing
As Team Manager, you'll lead a team of circa 7 Property Managers, ensuring landlords and tenants receive an outstanding service throughout their journey with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring, motivating and developing your team to achieve individual and business goals.
- Creating a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Monitoring team performance and managing customer service performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Coaching colleagues to maximise customer satisfaction, productivity and retention.
- Building strong working relationships with local branch teams.
- Overseeing property maintenance, end-of-tenancy processes, safety certification and compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to lettings legislation, policies and industry regulations.
- Working closely with the Head of Property Management to deliver business objectives and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:
We're seeking a confident and customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for property management.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within the lettings or property management sector, at Senior Property Manager or above.
- Experience leading and coaching people.
- A strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
- A Level 3 qualification in Lettings and Property Management (desirable).
