Exciting Opportunity for a Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a global engineering and manufacturing organisation, supporting a substantial EMEA real estate portfolio. This role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, disposals, lease management, strategic portfolio planning and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for a commercially minded property professional looking to further develop their career.

Client Details

Our client is a globally recognised engineering and technology business with a significant international property portfolio spanning office, industrial and manufacturing sites. As the organisation continues to invest in its property estate and long-term growth strategy, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting portfolio optimisation and strategic real estate decisions across the EMEA region.

Description

  • Manage day-to-day property portfolio activities across the EMEA region.
  • Lead and support acquisitions, disposals, relocations, lease renewals and rent reviews.
  • Work closely with landlords, agents, consultants and external suppliers to optimise the property portfolio.
  • Support strategic estate planning, asset reviews and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
  • Oversee property-related budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation of real estate assets.
  • Coordinate planning-related activities and provide guidance on property development matters.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements across the estate.
  • Maintain accurate property records and databases relating to owned and leased assets.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify, manage and mitigate property-related risks.

Profile

  • Professionally qualified property professional, ideally MRICS or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing external consultants and advisors.
  • Knowledge of Town and Country Planning processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing property-related budgets.
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in commercial property or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years' post-qualification experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
