About the Role

Are you organised, customer-focused and confident managing a variety of tasks in a busy environment? Join us as a Property Manager and play a key role in delivering an excellent housing management service for our residents.

As the first point of contact for many residents, you'll provide advice, resolve queries and complaints, carry out property inspections, and work closely with contractors and colleagues to ensure our homes are safe, well managed and our customers receive a great service.

No two days are the same. You'll balance tenancy management, customer service, inspections, administration and accurate record keeping, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll also provide reception cover, so you'll enjoy speaking with people and be confident supporting customers face to face, over the telephone and by email.

Experience in housing or property management would be an advantage. We're also keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills gained in customer service, administration, hospitality or similar environments. If you're organised, resilient and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and support to build your housing knowledge.

This role is based at Dean's Court in Bristol, with regular support required at Woodland Court, which is around 15 minutes away. There may also be occasional travel to our schemes in Oxford when required, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
