Description
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of properties under your care.
- Handle tenant communications, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure all properties meet compliance and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and renovations.
- Monitor budgets and track expenses related to property management.
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist with tenancy agreements and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties.

Profile
A successful Property Manager should have:
- Experience in property management or a similar role within the business services industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of property compliance and legal requirements.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience plus benefits etc on top!
- Permanent contract.
