Property Manager - Prime Central London

Salary: Up to £38,000 + excellent benefits | Full-time | Monday-Friday

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and respected residential property business based in Prime Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take ownership of a residential portfolio within a professional and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and remain fully compliant.

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Prime Central London
  • Monitoring property compliance and ensuring all statutory obligations are met
  • Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing reports
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
  • Managing tenancy administration, including renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
  • Handling landlord and tenant queries, delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio

About You

  • Previous experience within residential property management (minimum 9 months)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • ARLA qualification or a willingness to work towards professional accreditation would be advantageous
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
