Property Manager - Prime Central London
Salary: Up to £38,000 + excellent benefits | Full-time | Monday-Friday
We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and respected residential property business based in Prime Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take ownership of a residential portfolio within a professional and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and remain fully compliant.

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Prime Central London
- Monitoring property compliance and ensuring all statutory obligations are met
- Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing reports
- Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Managing tenancy administration, including renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
- Handling landlord and tenant queries, delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio
About You
- Previous experience within residential property management (minimum 9 months)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems
- ARLA qualification or a willingness to work towards professional accreditation would be advantageous
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
