Role Description

This part-time, on-site Property Manager role is based in Brentwood and focuses on the day-to-day management of residential properties. The Property Manager will handle tenant and and ensure timely follow-up on maintenance requests. Responsibilities include managing tenancy documentation, monitoring rent payments, and supporting compliance with relevant lettings regulations and company procedures. The role also involves liaising with contractors, maintaining accurate property records, and contributing to a high standard of customer service in the office. The successful candidate will work closely with the lettings team to help maintain smooth operations and positive tenant and landlord relationships.

  • Professional experience in property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Good organisation and time-management abilities, including handling multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines accurately.
  • Competence in using office software and property management systems, with attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Knowledge of lettings procedures and regulations in the UK
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a calm, professional approach when dealing with issues or complaints.
  • Ability to work on-site in Brentwood during agreed part-time hours and collaborate effectively within a small team.
  • Full UK driving licence
