📍 Working from Home | Full-Time 🕘 Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm 💷 £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

Maintain Properties Ltd. is a growing independent residential property business, and we're looking for an organised, proactive, and personable Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our expanding company.
Established in 2018, we have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and clients. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role with real responsibility.
🏡 The Role
This is an exciting and diverse position that combines executive administration, property management, customer service, and social media content creation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the tenancy process, including referencing, documentation, check-ins and check-outs
- Managing inventories, utilities, and property records
- Monitoring rent payments and assisting with arrears management
- Responding to client and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across the business
- Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential properties
- Arranging property viewings and inspections
- Keeping clients and tenants informed throughout property management, maintenance, and cleaning processes
- Managing and posting content across the company's social media platforms
- Creating engaging content, including property updates, company news, and promotional materials
- Supporting content planning and maintaining a consistent online presence
- Promoting properties, services, and the Maintain Properties brand through effective digital marketing

⭐ About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, confident, and personable manner
- Strong IT and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work
- Experience using social media platforms and content creation tools
- Outstanding customer service skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- A genuine passion for property, people, and delivering exceptional service
