Westminster Apartments is growing.
We are a small, independent London property management company specialising in managing properties for short-term, medium-term and holiday-home management in and around London.
Property Marketing & Lead Generation Executive
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys marketing, property and lead generation and wants to take ownership of a growing company's marketing activity.
The role
You will be responsible for helping Westminster Apartments generate new property-owner and landlord enquiries. The role combines:
- Social media management
- Meta advertising
- Lead generation
- Content creation
- Canva
- Local marketing
- Property networking
- Lead tracking and reporting
You will work directly with the directors and have considerable freedom to test ideas and develop new marketing channels.
Your main objective
Generate more landlords → more consultations → more properties managed by Westminster Apartments.
We are not looking for someone whose primary focus is increasing followers. We want someone who understands that marketing ultimately needs to contribute to business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
