About New Homes Hub

New Homes Hub is a UK property technology platform dedicated exclusively to new build and newly built homes. We work with leading developers, estate agents and build-to-rent operators, helping buyers and renters discover new homes through an innovative digital platform.

We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow our digital presence and engage our audience through high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a growing UK proptech startup, working directly with the founders and taking ownership of social media marketing initiatives. You'll play an important role in strengthening the New Homes Hub brand, growing our online community, and creating engaging content that showcases the UK's newest homes and property developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage New Homes Hub's social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media channels.
  • Create short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and social media assets using Canva or similar tools.
  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with our brand voice.
  • Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and audience growth.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas within the property and proptech sectors.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
  • Contribute creative ideas to support brand awareness and business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
