Property Operations Assistant
Budge Property Accommodation is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable and practical Property Operations Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our residential properties. You’ll be involved in property inspections, preparing properties for new occupants, basic maintenance and DIY, tenant coordination, key management and working with contractors and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a full UK driving licence
- Is willing to undergo a PVG check
- Has a practical, hands-on approach
- Is organised and reliable
- Can work independently
- Has good communication skills
- Is based in Edinburgh
Experience in property management, housing, facilities or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.

Working Hours
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:30pm
