Company Description

Eminence Property & Capital Group Ltd is a London-based property business focused on residential property management and related property operations. We manage a growing portfolio across London and aim to combine strong client service with efficient systems, technology, and practical day-to-day management.

We are looking for someone proactive, reliable, and confident who wants to build broad experience across property operations, client communication, and business growth.

Role Description

The Property Operations & Client Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrow, with regular travel to managed properties across London. This is a hands-on, client-facing role working closely with the Director to support the day-to-day operation of a residential property portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for tenants, applicants, landlords, and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance, move-ins, move-outs, and viewings
  • Carrying out property visits and inspections
  • Following up outstanding issues and making sure tasks are completed
  • Keeping property and tenancy records up to date
  • Marketing available rooms and properties
  • Supporting social media and website content
  • Contacting prospective landlords and following up business development leads
  • Working closely with the Director on day-to-day property operations

The role is varied and combines office-based work with regular property visits across London.

Qualifications

  • Confident and outgoing, with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking to people on the phone and face-to-face
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable following up, chasing people, and getting things moving
  • Confident using technology and learning new systems
  • Willing to take responsibility and learn quickly
  • Full UK driving licence required

Previous experience in property, customer service, sales, lettings, or operations is useful but not essential.

This role would particularly suit someone at an early stage in their career who is ambitious, personable, and keen to build broad experience in property operations and client-facing work.

Working Arrangements

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
  • £25,000 per year
  • Office-based in Harrow
  • Regular travel to properties across London
